Find a useful place to start
Ninety minutes with the people who do the work. We look at the process, find where a tool could help, and agree on what to build. If there is no useful fit, we tell you.
Week 1 — A first version
You try it on a real case
Try the tool on an actual piece of work. Tell us what fits and what gets in the way. If the flow or the screens need changing, another version can follow that same week.
Week 2 onward — You steer
A release every Friday
Each Friday, a new version based on your feedback. We agree on the next changes and their price before building them. You can stop after any Friday and keep the code.
Straight answers
How much of our time does this take?
About two hours a week: time to try what we sent, and time to look at the Friday release. The person who actually does the work is the right person in the room. We do not need developers on your side.
What does it cost?
The working session is free. A first working version of your process is €3,000, excl. VAT, fixed and quoted before we start. Every release after that is quoted before you commit. You can stop after any Friday.
What if we don't know exactly what we want?
Then we start anyway. You get something you can try. You tell us what feels wrong. We change it. You are not asked to write a specification.
What if the first version is wrong?
We change it, or we stop. You keep the code. The risk is the amount you already agreed to, for work you already have.
Do we need IT people?
No. If you have someone, they are welcome. If you do not, that is normal for a company this size.
Will our tool use AI?
Where it helps with the job. AI can draft a quote or extract details from an email for you to review. Other tasks work well with straightforward software. We choose what fits your process, and use AI during development to get you a working version faster.
